Abstract

The model of the enterprise management system is presented and the elements of the system are considered, which are characterized by certain parameters that determine the state of this element of the management system. The calculation of the efficiency of the enterprise management system in the form of a matrix system is given, taking into account the parameters and environmental factors that affect the management system. The necessity of developing a program of measures aimed at improving the enterprise management system was determined. Two systems for evaluating the effectiveness of improving the enterprise management system are considered: evaluating the effectiveness of complex improvement and calculating the economic efficiency from the implementation of each measure to improve management separately.
