In today's rapidly changing environment, special attention should be paid to the risk management system in the field of intellectual activity. Identification, systematization, assessment of risks and ways to minimize them is one of the main tasks of managing intellectual activity. The article presents a classification of risks of intellectual activity from the standpoint of the life cycle of intellectual property objects, substantiates the need to assess the risks associated with the creation and use of the results of intellectual activity.
