Abstract

Currently, freight forwarding activities are more dynamic and successful than ever, despite the global economic problems of the last few years. The development of the transport industry and the changing role of the freight forwarder are closely linked to many complex factors of influence, such as globalization, the rapid growth of international trade and the development of technologies, including information technology. The modern approach assumes that freight forwarding includes all types of activities related to the management and implementation of logistics and other support activities for the movement of products in time and space.

This article presents the results of the research on the development of methodological support for the assessment and development of the organization forwarding activities and approbation of this methodology on the example of the forwarding organization UE "CF&S Bel".
