Abstract

Theoretical approaches to the disclosure of the content of the region's competitiveness are stated, generalized and analyzed. Interpretations of the concept of competitiveness of the region by groups are ordered. The signs of the competitiveness of the region as a system are given. The author's interpretation of the concept of utility is proposed.
