Abstract

The development of housing construction in the Republic of Belarus is determined by the state policy based on increasing the volume of housing construction with minimal costs. The prefabricated construction  provides to the construction of housing in the shortest possible time and at minimum cost.

Currently, the introduction of modern production lines at the plants of prefabricated construction, the development of organizational and technological solutions of production management, taking into account the individual characteristics of plants, is urgent for the development of housing construction. As a result of the conducted studies of the production capacities and the level of development of the material and technical base of plants of prefabricated construction the reserves are revealed and the main reasons for the reduction of indicators of design capacities of the after reconstruction of the main production capacities of plants are formulated.
