The article analyzes the state, trends and problems of the development of logistics centers in the Republic of Belarus. The main attention is paid to the development opportunities of the 3PL provider. It is shown that the formation of the market for these providers is associated with the need to classify logistics centers according to international standards, with the restructuring of relations between all participants in the supply chains based on modern competencies and taking into account digital technologies such as big data, cloud services, blockchain. The influence of the use of digital technologies on the efficiency of logistics business processes is considered and some problems are revealed in practical implementation in modern conditions.
