The article discusses an approach to modeling cold stamping of sheet materials using a specific example. A step-by-step implementation of the modeling process was carried out, which made it possible to determine the geometry of the workpiece, equipment parameters, and the amount of stamp stroke. Based on the Johnson-Cook phenomenological constitutive model, the damage integrity of sheet material was assessed.
