EXPERT METHODS OF FORECASTING AND MANAGEMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE

The article considers groups of expert forecasting methods, their scope of application, advantages and disadvantages. The types of methods are given based on the nature of the process of direct development of expert information on forecasting. A description of analytical forecasting methods is given: the goal tree method, which is based on the construction of a logical model of the forecasting object development, which is a hierarchical structure of goals, ways and means of achieving them, and the matrix method, the peculiarity of which is that a large number of factors, in varying degrees and in different ways influencing the achievement of final goals, are grouped by the nature of their contribution to homogeneous complexes or groups. The general procedure for implementing these methods is considered.
