Abstract

In the modern world enterprises face the task of effectively managing not only production, but also sales activities, which also imposes certain requirements on the timeliness and accuracy of incoming information. The choice of the optimal management method will contribute to the effective functioning of the enterprise, including the sale of finished products. Marketing as an enterprise management concept allows you to systematically approach all production and sales activities in accordance with the requirements of the markets and manage enterprises taking into account the specifics of their activities as much as possible.
