Abstract

Climate, as one of the physical and geographical features of the environment, plays
an important role in human economic activity. In recent decades, the issue of the impact of climate change on certain industries on economic activity and, in particular, on agriculture has been actively discussed. Air temperature and precipitation are the main factors affecting the yield of agricultural crops and especially winter crops, since modern climatic changes are characterized by a significant increase in winter temperatures.
Analysis of average annual and average monthly air temperatures for the period of
instrumental observations shows the presence of a pronounced positive trend, while
there is no trend in the time series of precipitation.
