Abstract

The article is devoted to current issues of the formation of an intellectual economy and the role of personnel training in this process. In the context of the dynamic development of information technologies and the globalization of economic processes, the intellectual economy is becoming the basis of modern production and services. The article examines the main characteristics and principles of the intellectual economy, as well as its impact on the labor market and the requirements for the qualifications of specialists. Particular attention is paid to the need for reforms in the education system aimed at developing innovative skills and competencies that meet the needs of the modern market. The author shows the importance of interaction between educational institutions and businesses to create adaptive and effective models of personnel training that can ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness in a rapidly changing economic reality.
