The article presents the results of studying modern methods of regulating heat supply systems for civil buildings and energy-saving measures. A variant of combining some control methods into a single system is given. The positive and negative sides of using one or another method of regulation by building heating systems are shown. A variant of the proposed resource-saving water heating system with integrated consideration of microclimate parameters, thermal energy indicators and climatic factors is considered.
