Abstract

The scientific work considers one of the most effective ways to attract employees – corporate life insurance, its advantages for both employees and the employer. A way
to attract competent employees is to provide them with material incentives. Material incentives have two key types. Material incentives in cash (payment according to tariffs
and salaries, bonuses, additional payments, fines, etc.) and material incentives in the form of various material benefits (housing, household items, travel vouchers, etc.). One of the most effective ways to attract employees is corporate life insurance. Corporate insurance cannot be considered as a separate type of insurance services. It is rather a comprehensive approach that uses conventional insurance methods, including CASCO and risk insurance. At the same time, the set of these methods and their features constitute the essence of corporate insurance. Corporate insurance is unique in terms of a comprehensive approach to the provision of services. Insurers offer organizations a range of insurance services, under which contracts are concluded. Corporate insurance is not limited to concluding a single insurance contract. Therefore, it is the most effective means of protecting against risks.
