Abstract

Methodological approaches to the formation of a two-component innovation model of a competitiveness management system (CMMS) of a higher education institution (HEI) are presented, i.e. (ISUKsp UVO), which provides for the elimination (levelling) of existing geopolitical challenges. The first component is the external environment, which includes input data, output results, feedback and communication with the external environment. The second component, or “black box,” is an internal structure that includes interconnected components that ensure the influence of control subjects on the object, the transformation of input data into output data and the achievement of the goals of the UVO IMSCS model. This component also includes modified subsystems (changed to modern realities): scientific support, target, support, managed and control subsystems, which have been developed in detail.
