INNOVATIVE SYSTEM OF TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT DECISION MAKING
Abstract
Methodological approaches to the formation and practical use of an innovative system of training and management decision-making (ISOPUR), which has the following content: environment (E) – methodology (M) – economics (E) – technology (T) – management (U) – competitiveness (Ksp), i.e. OMETUKsp. A gradual filling of the content of the ISOPUR-OMETUKsp elements was carried out in relation to higher education institutions (HEIs) with an increased level of innovative adaptation to global confrontation and geopolitical instability.
