Abstract
The famous saying "It takes all your speed to stay in the same place, but to get somewhere you have to run at least twice as fast!" [Lewis Carroll, "Alice in Wonderland"] shows that universities need to make more efforts to build up intellectual potential that would not lag behind, but significantly outpace the challenges facing humanity as a whole, and our country in particular. One of these is the "life outsourcing trend" or the redistribution of individual jobs and functions in favor of a "smart" device (transferring them from a person to a machine). This year, Elon Musk's company implanted a neurochip into a person's brain for the first time to use IT gadgets with thoughts, creating a cyborg. This radically affects the university model, future professions and the education sector as a whole.
