Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION

To register, you must fill out and send the registration form to the email address pgidpt2024@gmail.com.

Submission of articles is carried out on the Open Journal System (OJS) platform via the link: https://journal.bstu.by/index.php/ptid.

General requirements for articles

The article must be no less than 14,000 characters and no more than 12 pages. The volume of abstracts is up to 2 pages. The language of articles is Belarusian, Russian, English. One person can be the author/co-author of no more than two articles.

  1. A carefully edited article is submitted to the conference website.
  2. The title of the article should be short and exactly match the main content. On the first page in the upper left corner, you should indicate the index of the article according to the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC), below – the title of the article, and below it – the initials and surnames of the authors, information about the authors (last name, first name, patronymic, academic degree, title, position, place of work (organization, city, country), e-mail).
  3. The article should have the following structure: introduction, main part (with title), conclusion.
  4. The article is accompanied by: an abstract of at least 100 words and keywords in Russian and English.
  5. Pictures, tables and photographs are arranged according to the text, and also drawings are attached separately in a computer set.
  6. The list of references is compiled in the order of references in the text and should also be presented in transliterated form: translit-online.ru.

Articles are submitted in the following format:

  • in Word editor;
  • font Times New Roman Cyr or Times New Roman 12 pt;
  • text is typed with hyphens, aligned to the width of the page;
  • line spacing – single; paragraph indent – 0.5 cm;
  • paper size A4 (210x297);
  • margins: top – 2 cm, bottom – 2 cm, left – 2.5 cm, right – 2 cm;
  • drawings are arranged according to the text, and each is presented in a separate file, typed in CorelDraw (in *.cdr, *.tif format), AutoCad (in *.dwg format);
  • tables are typed in Word, Excel are arranged according to the text;
  • photographs are scanned with a resolution of 300 dpi, saved in *.tif, *.jpg format, arranged according to the text, and each is presented in a separate file;
  • formulas are typed in Microsoft Equation;
  • the interval between the UDC and the title of the article is 4 pt, between the title of the article and the names of the authors – 4 pt, between the names of the authors and information about the authors – 8 pt.

Failure of the authors to comply with these requirements gives the editors the right to return articles.
