THE IMPACT OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY ON THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

Currently, the sphere of business is radically changing, including the process of human resource management. New programs and new digital platforms are constant-ly being developed and implemented, the use of artificial intelligence is becoming more widespread. The forms of doing business are changing, contacts are massively moving into the on-line sphere, while the importance of off-line contacts is increasing and the ability to interact is valued higher and higher. Ahead is a radical change in the sphere of employment and an increasing gap in knowledge, skills and abilities (as well as wages) between personnel employed in the digital economy and in other fields of activity. The ability to interact in a team, constantly develop, change direc-tions of activity, creatively perform work, constantly rebuilding it, finding new, sometimes non-standard ways of doing it, is becoming more and more in demand. The article examines the levels of impact of the digital economy on personnel management in the organization and on the increasing role of the social eco-environment.
