DIRECTIONS FOR CREATING STABLE PARTNERSHIPS AND JOINT ACTIVITIES WITHIN CLUSTERS IN THE ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract

The use of the cluster development model is the most important direction in increasing the competitiveness of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus. However, clustering processes are slow, not all software tasks are completed.
The article studies the methods and tools of collaboration of cluster subjects in the EU countries. In order to improve the cluster model for the development of the Belarusian economy, the following areas have been identified: creation of a joint partnership strategy; methods to promote innovation; encouraging internationalization; improvement of cluster financing.
As a result of the development of measures to improve the cluster policy of the Republic of Belarus, it will be possible to effectively prioritize the development of clusters in the framework of the implementation of programs for the socio-economic development of the country, as well as investment policy, educational policy, development of economic sectors, innovation and technology policy.
