The bidding adjustment takes into account how much the offer price differs from the actual deal price. The difference is formed in the process of bargaining between the buyer and the seller and depends on many factors. Usually the price of the transaction when buying and selling real estate is lower than the price of the initial offer, since the initial price includes the possibility of "bargaining".
The paper presents options for calculating the adjustment for bargaining in real estate appraisal, contains information about the most well-known publications at the moment and brief excerpts from some publications, and thereby to some extent solves the problem of providing the appraiser with up-to-date information. In general, this information is useful material for the work of a practicing appraiser.
