METHODS TO ENSURE RELIABILITY AND ASSESSMENT OF THE RESULTS OF DIAGNOSIS OF PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article proposes an approach to assessing the performance of an enterprise using diagnostics, which is considered as a set of studies aimed at obtaining reliable information that allows assessing the activities of an enterprise at a particular point in time. The scheme for the development and implementation of diagnostics includes six successive stages. The article provides a description of the stages of diagnostics, methods for collecting information about the performance of the enterprise, as well as the features of the selection and formation of an expert group. In the process of conducting diagnostics, it is proposed to use objective and subjective methods for assessing the performance of an enterprise. The features of processing and summarizing the results of diagnostics using mathematical methods are considered.
