This article analyzes the definitions of "political marketing", "segmentation of the political market" and "segmentation of voters", their goals, objectives, essence and main activities. It has been determined that segmentation improves the identification of voters, increases the level of impact on the consciousness of the voter, simplifies the process of making a political decision, and provides the basis for long-term loyalty on the part of the voter. The grounds for segmenting the political market are shown. The factors determining the political-technological process are singled out.
