ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INVESTMENTS IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION COOPERATIVES

Abstract

The trends and problems of the formation and use of investments in agricultural production cooperatives are considered on the example of 70 cooperatives located in the Udmurt Republic. A hypothesis was put forward and substantiated about the impact of a change in the organizational and legal form of management on economic societies on the intensity and scale of attracting investments and their effectiveness. The role of the current, investment and financial activities of cooperatives was determined, the state's participation in subsidizing costs was assessed. An assumption has been made regarding the inexpediency of significant amounts of budget investments due to the suppression of competition in the market, which has not been confirmed. It was revealed that without budget subsidies, the activities of enterprises are unprofitable, enterprises will not be able to function in the market. High dynamics of investments in cooperatives of the republic and low level of scale of investment activity revealed.
