Abstract

A developed quantitative assessment based on the use of fuzzy logic tools is presented, which is used to assess the technical condition according to external features recorded during a visual preliminary examination, such as the appearance of concrete, the presence and width of cracks, the degree of corrosion damage to reinforcement, relative deflections.

Based on the accepted parameters, an original form of a diagnostic card is proposed for entering data based on the results of examining real objects. The results of the assessment of real construction objects using the developed methodology showed a fairly good agreement with the results formulated by highly qualified specialists.
